Wildfire Lacrosse Festival 2025
Wildfire Lacrosse Festival is the biggest lacrosse event in Africa designed to boost athlete development through grassroots programs, officiating and coach development to embed the values of the spirit game in Africa. Expect an intriguing experience with the introduction of the Corporate Sixes Championship and Box Lacrosse for emerging athletes.
Since the maiden edition in August 2022, national teams from Ivory Coast, Benin, Togo, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Sierra Leone have benefited from the experienced players, coaches and facilitators who travel to Ghana to grow the game.
The 2025 Wildfire Lacrosse Festival will be held in Ghana from December 18-21, 2025. Visiting lacrosse coaches will have the opportunity to adopt a team, improve essential skills in 48 hours and compete in the four-day tournament. For lacrosse players and enthusiast looking for an impact-driven vacation, you can visit the Elmina Castle, Kakum National and Nzulezu Stilt Settlement after donating equipment and facilitating grassroot programs.
